The company founded in 06.07.2010 and the plant has two Wartsila Wasa Machines with 5993 kWe capacity and No.6 HFO generating electrical power and steam and hot water is produced by the waste heat of the process.
After natural gas infrastructure is completed in Denizli, renovation of the plant is completed on 26.05.2006 and the use of natural gas is started. After Arenko stock shares purchased by Erbakır, Erbakır took his place in the energy sector.

Energy requirements of Er-Bakır and Nexans is satisfied by Arenko and power generation is licenced by Energy Market Regulatory Authority. Two engineers, 10 technicians, 2 maintenance person work by shifts in the plant that is constructed on an area of 7988 m2 with 740 m2 indoor area. The plant contributes to Energy segment with 95.888.000 kwh/year electricity and , 29.811.040 Kcal/year steam production.
